It's been a while since we had time to really update the homepage. With two back to back WSVG tournaments, it left little time for any of us and especially not website updating or raiding. I would like to say that our guild showed a strong representation at WSVG ( two seconds and a fourth and a fifth) and we will continue to cement our position in the WOW community as a premier guild. Thanks to all those who supported us, especially our guildmates who literally numbered around 20 people at Dallas. We had a great time with plenty of booze and interesting people to boot. I am sure you can ask more than a few people about my devotion to Vodka...

So back to raiding ... We managed to get back on track and slaughter Kael and Rage Winterchill. Hyjal seems fun ( the fact that Jaina can summon several water elementals at once gave Azure more than just a hard on haha) ... the first 2 times or so, but the endless trash can become a grind. The bosses aren't bland at all though so thats a saving grace along with the whole war 3 mood. A few words on Kael... defintely a well desinged fight ( bar perhaps the anguish that is phase 1, but hey I guess patience is a virtue... maybe?) and I dont think many fights in the game can capture that level of coordination. I am defintely excited to see the harder BT fights first hand. In case you guys missed Alde's post beneath me, we are recruiting exeptionally talented and geared PVE players of specific classes ( PVP interest is probably a good idea or you might not like our raid times and days off).

P.S. Look for a surprise from our guild soon.... and we will see you Canadian guys in Toronto where booze is legal at 19 ( I hope Canadians drink real booze too...)!

I've always been told that there is no such thing as moral victories, but having our WSVG team come in 2nd place is an unbelievable accomplishment. I can't tell you how proud we all are of Azureflames, Agnos, Uthgar, Caal, and Nadime.

Even though you guys didn't come away with the 1st place trophy, your skills have proven you to be one of the top teams in World of Warcraft PvP. Besides, you're number one in all of our hearts! <3

First off, I know those crazy- ass guilds like Nihilium and shit have steam rolled like 500 bosses in black temple over the last 2 weeks. I also know they killed the head honcho Illidian there too, and they have moved on to sweep Hyjal... Hats off to people who have the dedication, discipline, organization, and time to set a goal and do it. I am sure it wasn’t easy and I am sure they had a blast doing it. Such an accomplishment will not however take the stage light away from what we have done in recent time. For our comparatively abysmal 4 day a week 4-5 hour a day raid schedule, we managed to crush 3 bosses in good time and are working on Kael in hopes of opening our doors to Loot Temple.

The secret to Astromancer is to have your whole raid in blue and green dresses. Dont't believe me? Ask Ravor or Stunt to model for you in their Haute couture. If your raid knows how to play Football then Vashj should be a piece of cake. If you bring 4 deep fire mages, Al’ar dies no problem too. So there, you have our secrets to killing 3 bosses real fast. By the way, how’s that cross Rainer. I think I can carry my own damn cross thank you very much.

In other news, we have two teams consisting of Insurrection members heading down to Louisville for WSVG, so see ya there!
